Performance

How we test:

  • NextGEN Assistant running on Windows 10  uploading to an  AMPPS Apache webserver running on macos
  • AMPPS webserver restarted after each upload
  • Windows 10 system and macos system connected via wireless network with about 300Mb upload/download speed
  • Webserver is isolated and only being used for the upload test
  • Publish Time – Time from “Publish” click to Progress bar removal

NextGEN Assistant Lightroom Classic plugin can vastly reduce image publish time and web server cpu load. Note that the results for the Imagely plugin performance suffers when publishing a large number of images or large files while NextGEN Assistant scales without any problem.
